A quick tour on Hermes' crafting team

Piles of colorful leather (they do catch up with trends!)....which is many women's dream!!! No matter how long the waiting list is, they still line up in the queue!! There u go, a Hermes handbag...dunno what it turns out to be a Kelly or Birkin or Lindy.



Handbag craftman is trying to show how a lovely handbag being handmade...yes it's 100% handmade which is being highly respected in France. Stitch by stitch sewing the leather together...I can see the guests around are having "bling bling" eyes!





Lastly is the scarf which is also very famous and in high demand. In old days they do it by silk screaming; color by color and see how accurate they are, no color been overlapped!!! so fine and detail...that's how it worth so much money not just the brandname itself, it's the fine work and effort they have put into every single work!!



I want one too becoz i wanna pay my respect!!!

This is called High Tech!

after seeing a wooden keyboard with nice craftwork by Japanese, here comes another extreme...a projection keyboard, worked by bluetooth to hook up with device (compatible with iphone, ipad, blackberry..etc).

Innovative Keyboard

Innovative as in using this woodie material to make a keyboard, it looks so fine and detail, very nice craftmanship by Japanese which has been well known. although it gives an antique/vintage feeling. Japanese are good at using wood to make things! Somehow I have been thinking which computer will go well with this keyboard...maybe wrap the monitor with some wood too? Hmm...this reminds me of the television from 1960s.

Oh my favourite YUKI has new album just come out!!!

Yuki is one of my favourite singer from Japan. She is such a hard working gal that can give me energy to keep on moving! Like to listen to her songs when working on my design. Happy and cheerful tone indeed!!! :)

after fallen for Seoul, i have fallen for....

their language thus their drama...this gal is one of my favourite, her name is Shin Ming Ah, saw her advert in mtr stations. feeling that she is very graceful. one of her CF....

Continue to heart Seoul

there is something that makes my heart beat faster when staying at Seoul...which is the eye candies on the street! On and off u can see gals dressing up nicely and with taste walking around those hip area! I enjoyed my day at cafe and look at them passing by, and get inspired~!!! I really wanna get one of this the gal is wearing in the foto but dun have a clue!

OMG!!! I LOVE SEOUL!!!

Finally i made my first visit to Seoul, it's a really impressive place, i never think there is a place in the world can replace my lovely Tokyo, and there u go! Seoul has stolen my soul...totally trapped by it! Maybe the main reason is it's 80% similar to Tokyo on the city structure and also have nice innovative architectures around. Plus they have many spare space...for coffee shop with outdoor seats!!! Hang out at coffee shops is one of my hobbies! Now i just addicted to sit around at different coffee shops whenever i go visit Seoul! Amazingly there are so many different ones to explore! It can take me few yrs to visit every single one of them!



Apart from traditional Korean food, i find that they also have passion on cooking other cuisine! This pasta is very impressive, am so looking forward to the 2nd visit at B Kitchen!!!


Raw beef is one of my favourite! i made a visit to the wet market at "Chung Lu" and found this shop in one of the alley (this alley seems to be the raw beef centre, shops around are all selling the same thing!). But will be nice if have friends who also love this and share this dish along with some rice wine!



Forgot to mention, opposite to B Kitchen, there is a big black block of building which i thought it's an office building at the beginning, and then i saw this red chicken standing in front...prob it's something inside! So i go in and check out the place! Wow it's a very wonderful pastry + coffee shop hiding there secretly!!! it's called Passion 5! The collections of pastry and desserts are amazing creative!!! it's like a factory for pastry and nice eateries!!! Must Try!

a petite cafe

a petite cafe suddenly has landed to the podium of Pacific Place!!! I like it's hiding quietly next to the office bldg and outside it's very spacious! it's so rare in hk can have such big piece of outdoor place, that's why i feel specially excited!!!

the pastry is good, specially the apple danish! have it heated up and the top part is crispy!!! have some when you passing by~!!!

Nite View of Shibuya

i have a habbit...standing at this big crossing junction, no matter day or nite time...the feeling is very good. No matter how many ppl are there on the street, it's still very quiet!

Day 1 @ Tokyo

one thing i cant wait is eating at tokyo! I dun have particular places I wanna visit, but i find that a random visit to any cafe or ramen store in tokyo, definitely wont disappoint you! Today i went to Rocket cafe at Zoshigaya, and i have picked this curry rice...actually it's curry + miso + fish curry rice. I was expecting a pool of curry sauce and turned out it looked very dry...and out of my surprise, this taste very good indeed!!! i can see the owner of this place has been putting all his effort to his cafe. he works from 12 to 12 everyday! wow! very hard working indeed!!!



and then i went out to Shibuya and went to this ramen place rite next to Forever 21. 2 yrs ago i came tried a special ramen (they always have special edition for limited time), and this time they have this ramen which looks like "caesar salad". the sauce is totally like carbonara taste and they make some special ramen which looks like pasta to go with it. Totally impressed!!! Hmm...what should i have for tomorrow leh? :P

My first trip in 2011

After no trip for whole year in 2010, I cant wait to go to my favourite place as my first trip in 2011!!! YES! Tokyo it is!!!! I don't have any plan or any special place I wanna go this time, as long as I'm in Tokyo, that'll be fine! I miss all the arty places, coffee shops and bookshops!!! So I plan to just follow the flow, listen to my heart every morning when i wake up from tomorrow! :P

During My Sickie Leaves

Been sick for more than 2 weeks (HK's air is too polluted, everywhere too crowded...), there isn't much i can eat (or allow to eat), so life is pretty boring. Hiding at home most of the time, eating congee most of the time...i have a feeling that I have missed out a lot from the outside world!!! Hope i can get well soon!!!

Another Burger Choice Apart Fr the Big Brand Chain

The Big Bite at North Point, order to make, everything just fresh and juicy! No hint of freezer (which is very important as that smell/taste is very turn off)! Buffalo wings in 4 chillie level, the most "dangerous" one is "Virgin", sounds like an angel but devil in the heart! if u fond of chillie food, u might wanna try "Virgin" out, heehee!!! Next time I would like to try the "Fat Bastard" and the "Sloppy Joe", also the chillie, fat chips, and nachos!!!

One visit is just not enough!
